How do i report damage?

Reporting Damage

• Damage must be reported to the Usisaat office no later than 3 business days after unpacking.

How to report a claim:

• Download and fill out this form: Usisaat damage claim form.
• Attach photographs of the damage.
• Send everything to: flyt@usisaat.gl or via our app.

The damage claim form can be completed digitally, allowing you to take photos and upload them directly at the same time.

⏱ Deadlines

• Damage must be reported: no later than 3 business days after unpacking.
• The damage claim form with supporting documentation must be submitted: no later than 10 business days after unpacking.

⚠ Important

• Failure to report damage, or late reporting, may affect your eligibility for compensation.
• Keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim has been processed.
